Adii is a very professional theme designer. This time he has created a set of Live Wire Series WordPress theme. All those seven themes are great. Obviously, the designer has been trying his best to give the readers a good first-eye impression. Among the seven, I think NewsPress is the best. Because I think the orange color is so great! This color is so inspiring. That’s simple. I just like the orange color right!

What about you? Maybe you have a different idea. So, why not tell Adii your opinion before the dealine?

Long Time No See, guys! I come back now!

Today I will show you two opportunities for bloggers! One is especially for Chinese bloggers, and the other is for bloggers all over the world!

The first opportunity is about the iWordPress.Org’s article contest! Any Chinese language blogger can take part in the contest. If you want to see more details about the long run contest, you can check this page. I think you Chinese bloggers will find it easy to get some prizes.

The second opportunity is from My friend C.J.. He has just created a great WordPress theme Tiramisu PRO. It only costs you $25.00 for a single use package and $95.00 for a multiple use package. That’s so cheap that I even thought there was something wrong with him. But that’s real. So you can never miss such a wonderful theme. You can see the demo and find more details about Tiramisu PRO in this site.

a Single Use package ($25.00)

a Multiple Use package ($95.00)

Anyway, you can’t ignore these two good opportunities to get and improve!

Jason from The University Kid today announced that his new blog Blog Premiere had launched! Let’s what he said in the About page of Blog Premiere!

I was randomly breezing through a car magazine (don’t ask why) while reading a few of the blogs I regularly frequent when I received an email from a newbie to blogging, asking me about a place he could go on the Internet to read all about blogging. I was going to recommend that he visit a few of the blogs I regularly read, but after taking a look at a few of them realised the posts were often off topic, the questions left on comments unanswered and there was simply too much content to read for a newbie with no clue that wanted to get into blogging.

It was then that the idea for Blog Premiere was born.

You see, a lot of the people looking to get into blogging are those with part time jobs - although a lot of us would love to make our money from home working as a problogger, quitting a stable, ’standard’ job to do so with no idea of how revenue will come in is foolish to the extreme. Those that run part time blogs often have limited time to do the necessary research, especially as blogging is a field with many different aspects; what we’re going to try and do is compile bits and pieces of all those aspects and present them to you in an easy-to-read format every single month.

Tips and tricks on how to make the most out of blogging, interviews with those well established in the blogging industry, reviews of the tools and products that may help you succeed… that’s what we promise you, and that’s what you’ll get. Blog Premiere aims to go where no person in the industry has ever gone before, and develop a world class, professionally created blog magazine, one read by millions worldwide and one that will be responsible for people getting into blogging… and succeeding.

Sound impossible? Well, what I’ve learned over the years is that if you don’t shoot, you don’t score, and also this attempt at a shot may be taken from well behind the half way line in your average sport, I feel that I have a very good chance of scoring. Poor metaphors aside, I will not be going at this alone; I’ll have some of the biggest names in the blogosphere backing me and with their help, Blog Premiere is going to kick ass.

Tibet WAS,IS,and ALWAYS WILL BE a part of China

Do u bandwagon jumpers really care about Tibet? becuz u know u dont,Tibet is just a TOOL for u guys to throw things at China…Well..since u want to bash China, but do u know ANYTHING about Chinese history?? let me start by telling u this:The years that Tibet has been a part of China is way the hell longer then US/Canada/Aus/NewZealand’s history combined all together!

INVITE ALL YOUR FRIENDS!!!

Inspired by top view Youtube Video ( I did not make this )
http://youtube.com/watch?v=x9QNKB34cJo

Youtube Channel (THIS IS NOT MY CHANNEL ITS THE DIRECTOR’S. I AM NOT THE DIRECTOR. just to clear this up)
http://www.youtube.com/user/NZKOF

First, i would like to say this is an very controversial issue and i in every way respect your ideology.

But one thing that i personally abominate with passion is prejudice. By which i mean people judge with out seeing the whole picture of the event and obtain a very limited perspective.

After all, there are some important facts what i would like to address, first is the global media coverage. Media is the God, yes it is, powerful, persuasive. They take advantage of the faintharted - who are easily persuaded, they make up facts to sell magazines, they provide us with with facts with their perspective.

As much as media is entertainment, it is political. Same with the US government, it has been with war with china for some time already. From the escape of Li Hong Zhi, to supporting independence of Taiwan, to backing up Tibet. There is no doubt china and US is going against each other regardless of what the government spoke person say, and this is very crucial to understand. Reason for this? Fame, Power, Money. If you are the world’s richest man, would you sit on your ass and watch other people get rich and pass you by?

I personally think that Dali Lama is tricking the world, yes, hes playing with you guys, setting a trap. By being such a humanitarians, he has gained people’s attention and respect (i do respect his ideologies very much) - turning it into political power. He is the man who wants to be the emperor, he is the man who is day dreaming.

Remember, China will never give up on its land, because only together, are we one. Same thing goes to Taiwan.

When I wrote my old blog in Chinese, I was told that there was a great site for getting paid to blog. That was PayPerPost. When I first saw the site name, I was shocked! Was that true? The first eye of PayPerPost was impressing!

Then, I wanted to join in. But I failed, because my old blog was in Chinese.

Some days ago, I set up a new English blog, which was what you are reading now. I did my best to make it perfect. I wrote posts one by one. Then I remembered my old friend, PayPerPost.

The interface was the same as the one a year ago. I called it Web 2.0 style. I really liked it. After a program of submitting my English blog, I had to wait for the acceptance of the blog I submitted.

Yesterday, I received the email to inform me that this blog was approved. What great news! I jumped out of the chair! I logged in! Wow, now I can make money!

Well, it’s time to tell you my impressions. Though the interface of inner pages is disordered, but I think PPP is a wonderful provider! As the pioneer and king in the field, PPP provide a lot of opportunities for bloggers to make money and for advertisers to get their buzz. PayPerPost, bloggers, advertisers, we all win!

If you also write a blog and want to make some money, you can’t miss PayPerPost!

Chinese officials have blacklisted actress Tang Wei for her role in the erotic Ang Lee-directed spy thriller Lust, Caution.

A memo sent Friday by China’s State Administration of Radio Film and Television (SARFT) to the country’s media demanded they remove any works and commercials featuring Wei, according to broadcasting trade paper The Hollywood Reporter.

Chinese actress Tang Wei, seen here last August at the Venice Film Festival, has several explicit sex scenes in Lust, Caution.Chinese actress Tang Wei, seen here last August at the Venice Film Festival, has several explicit sex scenes in Lust, Caution. (Andrew Medichini/Associated Press)

Lust, Caution — which captured a Venice film festival Golden Lion last May — features Tang as an undercover insurgent who becomes sexually entangled with a powerful collaborator during Japan’s occupation of Shanghai in the 1940s in order to assassinate him.

“Beautifying Japanese collaborators sparked the controversy over Lust, Caution in China even more than the sex scenes did,” said a report from the United Evening News in China.

Tang was named best new performer in December’s Taiwan’s Golden Horse Awards — considered the Chinese-language Oscars — for her performance in the film.

Chinese officials have previously criticized Lust, Caution for its “glorification of traitors and insulting to patriots.”

SARFT allowed the film to be shown in China last year albeit with seven minutes of sex scenes removed.

Taiwan-born director Ang Lee, who won an Academy Award for directing 2005’s Brokeback Mountain, has been spared blacklisting because he is an artistic adviser to the Beijing Olympics. Nevertheless, he was not pleased with the move.

“I am very disappointed that Tang Wei is being hurt by this decision,” Lee said in a statement.

“She gave one of the greatest performances ever in a movie that was properly produced and distributed. We will do everything we can to support her in this difficult time.”

SARFT’s edict also excludes the actress from Chinese awards shows as well as the producers of the film. In addition, discussions about the film and Tang on web forums have been deleted, according to Hong Kong newspaper Oriental Daily.

The move comes just as the Asian Film Awards announced that Tang would be a presenter. It’s not known whether the awards, set for March 17 in Hong Kong, will be affected by the decree.

Chinese authorities have been exercising stricter controls over film, media and the web over the past few years.

They have banned talent shows, cosmetic programs and any shows deemed to be overtly pornographic or sexual on television and radio.

Recently, they limited the broadcast of foreign cartoons on primetime television as well as anything that touches upon horror, crime and the supernatural in film.
